On august 28, 2017 my life changed completely. I began my journey as a college student. I was extremely nervous, but excited at the same time. I waited for this moment for so long. After graduating high school in 2009, I was not able to attend a University do to my Immigration status in the United States, but luckily after 8 long years the wait was over. I was able to apply to Hawaii Pacific University and immediately was accepted. I remember walking around campus feeling so old.
